Jerome is a minor villain in the show. He has red sunglasses, an orange and yellow suit, horns, green skin and a jagged mouth.
He appeared in Boogie Frights.
It's unknown what happened to Jerome afterwards as he was last seen dialing on the phone in order for Boogie Man to tell Scissors to cut down the lights, he might've been defeated by the Powerpuff Girls and/or died by the sunlight.
He was voiced (high pitched) by the same voice actor as The Boogie Man.
