Super Tough Girls is the first half of the thirty-seventh episode of Powerpuff Girls Z.
Synopsis[]
When a man gets his drawings disapproved and insulted, HIM, helps the man make his drawings look realistic and decent, which only causes to scare and destroy New Townsville
Plot[]
As HIM roams around the city as his next victim, he spots a comic book artist (mangaka in Japanese) getting repeatedly mocked for his drawings. HIM appears himself to the artist and offers help as he possesses his sketchbook.
The next day, A dinosaur appears and rampages in the city. As the girls arrive, HIM orders the artist to draw and draws spaceships. It starts to attack the girls, but the artist panic as he watches the city burn. The girls destroy them, much to HIM's anger. He orders the artist to draw again but refuses as he doesn't want to get anyone hurt. He reminds the artist that the girls destroyed his drawings and that he offered help so that his drawings get discovered. Against his wishes, the artist draws.
While the girls wonder the strange attack, the Super Tough Girls (Power Foam Girls Z in Japanese) appears and attack them. But the girls easily defeat them due to their character's personality. HIM gets even more angrier and demands to draw him. The girls notice them while the artist finishes drawing him. But as the artist blows his sketchbook, he blows the wrong drawings and verbally torments him. He hides behind Blossom while HIM tries to escape but gets captured.
At the laboratory, the girls torment HIM with an eraser, but he leaves. They return the sketchbook back to artist and compliment his drawing. Because of that, he decides to create a comic book version of Super Tough Girls, much to the girls' disappointment. Months later, his comics becomes a hit.
