Mask Scara (voiced by and modeled after the late Phyllis Diller) is the villain that appeared in the episode "A Made Up Story". She is very thin, crazy, and a villain that puts irremovable trashy make up on everyone and everything and tells bad jokes.
Backstory[]
Mask Scara used to be a normal woman who was a rich, beautiful and popular fashion mogul known as "Madame M." Her cosmetics company was extremely successful due to the clever marketing of the "trashy look." However, this all came to an end when the trashy ultimately went out of style because of the "dull look"--Madame M's company went out of business, and she ultimately went insane, becoming the makeup-themed supervillainess known as "Mask Scara."
She went out around giving the people, signs and billboards of Townsville the trashy look with her near-permanent makeup--she even got HIM (although she made him look like a clown since he already had the "trashy" look). Mask Scara managed to get Bubbles and Buttercup of the Powerpuff Girls, but she didn't get Blossom.
Mask Scara was ultimately defeated when Professor Utonium (to whom she also gave the trashy look) invented a special cream that removed all the makeup. During her debut episode, Mask Scara made several makeup-themed puns.

Mask Scara is a young woman with peach skin, white hair with violet streaks, and large black eyelashes. She has a mole in her cheek. Mask Scara also has fangs and teeth, red lipstick, pink eyeshadow, wears a pink jumpsuit, black thigh-high boots, and black long mittens/gloves.
Trivia[]
- Her name is a pun on Mascara which is a kind of make up. This makes sense because she wears make up and she puts make up on everything.
- She bears a slight resemblance to Cruella De Vil.
